         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 2, 2003,  
         the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a formal meeting  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative West,

         Representative Farabee offered an amendment to the measure.  
          
         The amendment was adopted without objection.

         SB 619 is the companion bill to House Bill 1402.

         explain the measure.

         close on the measure.  
          
         Representative Delisi moved that SB 619 , without amendments, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
