         Pursuant to a notice posted on September 13, 2004, the House  
         Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative West, George  
         "Buddy", at 9:15 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives West, George "Buddy"; Jones,  
                   Elizabeth; Crabb; Keffer, Bill (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Farabee; Canales; Delisi (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 2:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
