Committee on Ethics, Select met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Wolens, at 9:25
a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Wolens; Dukes; Denny; Kolkhorst (4).
Absent: Representatives Gallego; Hope; Isett (3).
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 795, HB 1606 as pending business.
