CORRECTED MINUTES
On March 27, 2003, the House Committee on Defense Affairs and
State-Federal Relations authorized the correction of the
minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Defense
Affairs and State-Federal Relations held on March 20, 2003. The
following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 14, 2003, the House
Committee on Defense Affairs and State-Federal Relations met in
a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Corte, at 8:02 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Corte; Campbell; Berman; Merritt;
Noriega; Seaman (6).
Absent: Representatives Delisi; Mabry; Moreno, Paul (3).
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 174.
The chair recognized Representative Howard to explain the
measure.

Representative Berman moved that HB 174, without amendments, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
following record vote:

Delisi; Merritt; Noriega; Seaman (7).
Nays: None (0).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representatives Mabry; Moreno, Paul (2).
