Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 2003, the House
Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Uresti, at 3:46
p.m.

The chair directed that the March 10, 2003, minutes for the
House Committee on Human Services be corrected. The corrected
minutes were authorized without objection.
