         Committee on Judicial Affairs met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Hartnett, at 9:20  
         a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Rodriguez (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Alonzo; Hughes; Telford (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 12:20 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
