Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2003, the House
Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures, Subcommittee
on Alcohol Regulation, met in a public hearing and was called to
order by the chair, Representative Jones, Delwin, at 8:10 a.m.
Present: Representatives Jones, Delwin; Flores (2).
Absent: Representative Raymond (1).
A quorum was present.

HB 691 by Rep. Wayne Smith
The chair laid out HB 691 and recognized the author, Rep. Smith,
to explain the bill.
Representative Jones, Delwin, chair, offered and laid out a
complete committee substitute to HB 691 and recognized Rep.
Smith to explain the substitute.
There being no witnesses, the chair recognized the author to
close.

objection.

There being no witnesses, the chair recognized the author to
close.
Representative Flores moved that HB 1147, without amendments, be
reported favorably back to the full committee with the
recommendation that it do pass. The motion prevailed by the
following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Jones, Delwin; Flores (2).
Nays: None (0).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representative Raymond (1).
There being no further business, the chair moved that the
subcommittee stand adjourned. There being no objection, the
Subcommittee on Alcohol Regulation adjourned at 9:52 a.m.,
subject to call of the chair.
