Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a
public hearing and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Flores, at 8:04 a.m.

Pursuant to the suspension of the 5-day posting rule made while
the House was still in session on April 7, 2003, the chair laid

The chair recognized Representative Woolley to explain the
measure.
Representative Driver offered an amendment to the measure.
The chair recognized Representative Woolley to explain the
amendment.
The amendment was adopted without objection.
Representative Goolsby moved that HB1008, as amended, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation

the meeting was recessed until 20 minutes upon final adjournment
