         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 5, 2003, the House Committee  
         on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Reyna, at 5:28 p.m.

         objection.  
          
         Representative Baxter moved that the floor amendment to HB 2416  
         offered by Representative Baxter be approved to be offered  
         during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions  
         Calendar for Saturday, May 10, 2003.  The motion prevailed  
         without objection. 
          
         Representative Deshotel moved that the floor amendment to HB  
         3417 offered by Representative Deshotel be approved to be  
         offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and  
         Resolutions Calendar for Saturday, May 10, 2003.  The motion  
         prevailed without objection. 
          
         Representative Baxter moved that the floor amendment to HB 3504  
         offered by Representative Baxter be approved to be offered  
         during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions  
         Calendar for Saturday, May 10, 2003.  The motion prevailed  
         without objection.
