         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 8, 2003, the House Committee  
         on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Reyna, at 1:21 a.m.  
         on Saturday, May 10, 2003.

         Representative Baxter moved that the following measures be

         Representative Baxter moved that the floor amendment to SB 1507  
         offered by Representative Baxter be approved to be offered  
         during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions  
         Calendar for Tuesday, May 13, 2003.  The motion prevailed  
         without objection. 
          
         Representative Howard moved that the floor amendment to SB 656  
         offered by Representative Howard be approved to be offered  
         during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions  
         Calendar for Tuesday, May 13, 2003.  The motion prevailed  
         without objection. 
          
         Representative Cook, Robby moved that the floor amendment to SB

         prevailed without objection. 
          
         Representative Callegari moved that the floor amendment to SB
