Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 2003, the House
Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and
was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 8:34
a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Rose (4).
Absent: Representatives McClendon; Grusendorf; Pena (3).
A quorum was present.
The chair directed that the March 31, 2003, minutes for the
House Committee on Pensions & Investments be corrected. The
corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
