         Bonds, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative Rose, at 2:04 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Rose; McClendon; Pena; Ritter (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Grusendorf; Martinez Fischer; Telford  
                   (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 4:12 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
