         on Public Health, Subcommittee on Interim Charge #4 Drug and  
         Alcohol Abuse by Pregnant Women, met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Taylor, at 10:14  
         a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Taylor; Naishtat; Zedler (3). 
          
         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         (House Committee on Public Health Member Rep. Laubenberg now  
         present). 
          
         (House Committee on Public Health Member Rep. Truitt now  
         present). 
          
         The committee heard testimony on Interim Charge #4. 
          
         Testimony was taken (See attached witness list). 
          
         At 1:31 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
