         Benefits/Compensation, met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative Delisi, at 4:25 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Delisi; Heflin; Hilderbran (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Dutton; Eissler;  (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The chair recognized and invited Representatives Wong, and  
         Harper-Brown to sit at the dais.  
          
         Chair Delisi lays out the subcommittees charges and provides  
         opening remarks. 
          
         Representative Hilderbran provided opening remarks.

         provide comments.

         at the dais.
