         School, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative Pitts, at 10:15 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Pitts; Giddings; Madden (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Jones, Elizabeth; Keffer, Bill; Lewis  
                   (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.
