         Pursuant to a notice posted on June 17, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Public School Finance, Select met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Grusendorf, at 10:20 a.m. 
          
         The following members were present: 
              Representatives Grusendorf; Luna; Branch; Delisi; Eissler;  
              Garza; Giddings; Griggs; Hamric; Heflin; Hope; Isett;  
              Jones, Elizabeth; Keffer, Jim; Lewis; Madden; Marchant;  
              Swinford (18). 
          
         The following members were absent: 
              Representatives Bonnen; Dutton; Hilderbran; Hill; Krusee;  
              McCall; Oliveira; Pitts; Ritter; Villarreal; Wilson (11). 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 3:02 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
