         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 27, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Regulated Industries met in a public hearing and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative King, at 2:15  
         p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         A quorum was present.

         the House Committee on Regulated Industries be corrected to show  
         that no action was taken on HB 1175 or HB 1893. 
          
         Representative Crabb seconded the motion. 
          
         The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
