CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 1, 2003, the House Committee on State Cultural and
Recreational Resources authorized the correction of the minutes
for the meeting of the House Committee on State Cultural and
Recreational Resources held on March 25, 2003. The following are
the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2003, the House
Committee on State Cultural and Recreational Resources met in a
public hearing and was called to order by the vice chair,
Representative Geren, at 6:40 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Hilderbran; Geren; Cook, Byron;
Kuempel; Phillips (5).
Absent: Representatives Dukes; Bailey (2).
A quorum was present.
HB 1427
The vice chair laid out HB 1427.
The vice chair recognized Representative Keel to explain the
measure.
