         Subcommittee on T-3, met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative Harper-Brown, at 1:05 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Harper-Brown; Mercer (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Phillips (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 1:48 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
