         Committee on Transportation met in a formal meeting and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Krusee, at 4:45  
         p.m.

         Representative Garza moved to reconsider the vote by which the  
         measure was reported from committee. The motion to reconsider  
         prevailed without objection.
