         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 23, 2004, and revised on  
         April 30, 2004, the House Committee on Transportation met in a  
         public hearing with the Senate Infrastructure Development and  
         Security Committee.  The House Committee was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Krusee, at 8:33 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:
