The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting: Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 10, 2003, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Wilson, at 8:15 a.m. The roll was answered as follows: Present: Representatives Wilson; McCall; Keffer, Jim; Ritter; Woolley (5). Absent: Representatives Pitts; Hilderbran; Luna; Paxton (4). A quorum was present. HB 450 The chair laid out HB 450. The chair recognized Representative Mowery to explain the measure.
