Senator Whitmire asked to be shown as voting aye on all votes; without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Janek asked to be shown as voting aye on all votes; without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Wentworth asked to be shown as voting aye on all votes other than on HB 261; without objection, it was so ordered. The chair laid out HB 2133 and recognized the Senate sponsor, Senator Estes, to explain the bill. Senator Jackson sent up Committee Amendment 1 and moved adoption; without objection, the amendment was adopted. Senator Hinojosa moved that HB 2133, as amended, be reported back to the Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
