Senator Averitt laid out Plan 01314C. Senator Wentworth was recognized to explain Plan 01314C. At 9:25 a.m. Senator Gallegos assumed the chair. At 9:29 a.m. Senator Duncan resumed the chair. Senators Lucio and Gallegos offered remarks concerning Plan 01314C. At 9:54 a.m. Senator Duncan announced the committee would stand recessed until after adjournment of the Senate. At 1:05 p.m. the committee reconvened. The chair continued public testimony on HB 3. Witnesses testifying and registering on the bill are shown on the attached list. At 2:01 p.m. Senator West assumed the chair. At 2:12 p.m. Senator Duncan resumed the chair. At 3:14 p.m. Senator Lucio assumed the chair. At 3:23 p.m. Senator Duncan resumed the chair. At 3:28 p.m. Senator Averitt assumed the chair. At 3:37 p.m. Senator Duncan resumed the chair. At 4:48 p.m. Senator Staples assumed the chair. At 4:50 p.m. Senator Duncan resumed the chair.
