Witnesses registering and testifying on the topics are shown on the attached list. The committee heard invited testimony on interim charge four, studying the effectiveness and making recommendations on improving debt collection strategies across all state programs and identifying uncollectible state receivables. Witnesses registering and testifying on the topics are shown on the attached list. There being no further business, at 2:57 Senator Ellis moved that the committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair.
