The subcommittee report on HB 240 was laid out by Senator Fraser. Senator Fraser then moved adoption of the subcommittee report; there being no objection, it was so ordered. Senator Fraser moved that HB 240 be reported favorably to the Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
