West Representative Kathleen White ***** Senator Armbrister called the meeting to order at 9:40 a.m. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted: Senator Armbrister recognized Dr. Robert J. Brandes, Chairman of the Science Advisory Committee for an overview of the Science Advisory Committee's report. Dr. Brandes reviewed each charge of the committee and reviewed the Executive Summary of the Science Advisory Committee report and answered questions from members of the committee. Senator Armbrister recognized the following for public testimony.
