Relating to the provision of intervention or counseling services to
certain persons who have committed family violence.

HB 1763            Haggerty
Relating to the provision of pay telephone service to inmates
confined in facilities operated by the Texas Department of Criminal
Justice.

HB 1711            Hodge
Relating to the provision of telephone service to inmates and
defendants confined in facilities operated by the Texas Department
of Criminal Justice.

HB 1670            Allen
Relating to medically recommended intensive supervision of certain
inmates of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

HB 1853            Allen
Relating to the operation and maintenance of facilities of the
Texas Department of Criminal Justice and to the operation of
certain department industries.

HB 1854            Allen
Relating to the participation of inmates in work programs at the
Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

HB 1849            Allen
Relating to the revocation process for certain persons released
from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice on parole or
mandatory supervision.

The Committee will hear invited testimony from the Criminal Justice Policy
Council.

The Committee will also hear public testimony.
