Relating to certain chaplains killed in the line of duty.

SB 729            Staples
Relating to the elements of the offense of harassment by persons in
certain correctional facilities.

SB 591            Duncan
Relating to the composition of the Texas Council on Offenders with
Mental Impairments.

SB 880            Whitmire
Relating to the time allowed for disposition of certain charges
regarding a violation of parole or other forms of release from
prison.

SB 917            Whitmire
Relating to the time during which inmates may be considered for
release on parole.

The Committee will also hear HB 1669 and HB 1480 as pending business.

The Committee will also hear public testimony.
