Public testimony specific to reviewing compliance with the Federal Help
America Vote Act (HAVA) and the Secretary of State's implementation of HAVA
including the certification and use of voting systems.


The committee will be briefed by the Secretary of State's Elections
Division and the Texas Ethics Commission on interim activities to comply
with enactments of the 78th Legislature.
