Relating to liens on stored hydrocarbons at sites and facilities
that have not been timely cleaned up.

HB 2006            Jones, Elizabeth
Relating to the construction and maintenance of utility, common
carrier, and energy transporter facilities along, over, under, or
across a railroad right-of-way.

HB 1194            West, George "Buddy"
Relating to pipeline safety fees.

HB 1843            West, George "Buddy"
For the purpose of creating notice provisions prior to construction
on, over, across or under a pipeline facility and for the
determination of whether such construction will increase a risk to
the public or a risk of damage to the facility and providing for
the construction of such barriers to prevent that risk.
