Commission

The Committee will hear the following:


HB 18            Corte
Relating to excepting military discharge records from required
public disclosure and providing that only the veteran and the
veteran's immediate family may inspect or obtain copies of the
records.

HB 142            Hupp
Relating to limiting access to military discharge records recorded
with the county clerk.

HB 198            Berman
Relating to allowing a veteran to remove from the county clerk's
possession all copies of a military discharge record the veteran
has recorded with the county clerk.

HB 199            Berman
Relating to excepting from required public disclosure a military
discharge record that a veteran has recorded with the county clerk.

HB 545            Wohlgemuth / et al.
Relating to making a military discharge record that a veteran has
recorded with the county clerk a confidential record for a period
of 50 years and limiting the disclosure and use of the record.
