The House Committee on Insurance will take invited testimony regarding the
following interim charges:

* The implementation and effect of SB 14 and SB 127, 78th Legislature, and
the stability, affordability and availability of homeowner insurance in
Texas.

* The implementation and effect of SB 418, 78th Legislature, regarding
prompt pay.

* The implementation and effect of SB 10 and SB 541, 78th Legislature, in
relationship to the costs and availability of health insurance coverage.
