Relating to the applicability of the law governing access to public
beaches to coastal public works constructed by certain governmental
entities.

SB 710            Jackson
Relating to the share of the cost of a coastal erosion study or
project required to be paid by a qualified project partner under an
agreement with the commissioner of the General Land Office.

Relating to the sale of certain land dedicated to the permanent
school fund.

HJR 94            Merritt
Proposing a constitutional amendment to permit the legislature to
require the sale of certain land dedicated to the permanent school
fund in exchange for a specified sum.
