Relating to the offense of failing to certify compliance of an
underground storage tank before accepting delivery of the regulated
substance to be stored in the tank.

Relating to the study and implementation of seawater desalination.

SB 347            Barrientos
Relating to single-member districts for the board of the Barton
Springs-Edwards Aquifer Conservation District.

HB 895            Geren
Relating to the establishment of a program to provide grants to
make voluntary purchases of development rights in real property.

HB 487            Puente
Relating to a requirement that certain irrigation systems have rain
shut-off devices.

HB 488            Puente
Relating to performance standards for toilets sold in the state.

HB 489            Puente
Relating to water and energy saving performance standards for
commercial clothes-washing machines.

HB 1152            Puente
Relating to the authority of certain nonprofit water supply
corporations to establish and enforce customer water conservation
measures.
