The committee will meet in a public hearing at the San Antonio City Council
Chambers, Municipal Plaza Building, City Hall Complex, 103 Main Plaza, San
Antonio, Texas, to consider testimony on the following interim charge:

Assess the current condition of the Edwards Aquifer and the Edwards Aquifer
Authority, including the authority's ability to meet the current statutory
requirements of it's enabling legislation, specifically it's ability to
meet or alter pumping limits contained in the Edwards Aquifer Act.

Invited testimony will be followed by public testimony.
