HCR 28 Lewis Memorializing the 108th Congress to pass HR40 establishing a commission to study reparations proposals for African Americans. HJR 25 Wilson Proposing a constitutional amendment prohibiting discrimination against or preferential treatment of a person in public employment, public education, or public contracting after the economic effects of past discrimination have been offset through the payment of reparations. HB 2004 Marchant Relating to allowing a governmental body to deliberate in a closed meeting regarding the business and financial considerations of a proposed contract.
