Relating to the creation of a Texas Privacy and Security Act and
addressing the ways in which the information practices of state and
local governmental entities affect personal privacy and the
security of this state.

HB 1136            Villarreal
Relating to the prohibition of certain discrimination based on
sexual orientation; providing penalties.

HB 419            Martinez Fischer
Relating to public access to certain information and materials.

HB 341            Uresti
Relating to parenting and crisis counseling information to be
provided to a pregnant woman.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) State Affairs Committee schedules for this week will be unpredictable
due to House consideration of the Appropriations bill.  As a result, bills
