HB 1808 Hill Relating to the regulation of tow trucks by political subdivisions of this state; providing a penalty. HB 2459 Krusee Relating to the powers and duties of a regional mobility authority, including the power of eminent domain and the power to issue bonds; imposing criminal penalties. HB 2312 Krusee Relating to the use of certain taxes for the financing of transportation improvement projects by a regional mobility authority; providing penalties. HB 2311 Krusee Relating to granting regional mobility authorities the authority to contract through exclusive development agreements.
