Relating to the unauthorized use of toll roads in certain counties.

Relating to the regulation of tow trucks by political subdivisions
of this state; providing a penalty.

Relating to the powers and duties of a regional mobility authority,
including the power of eminent domain and the power to issue bonds;
imposing criminal penalties.

Relating to the use of certain taxes for the financing of
transportation improvement projects by a regional mobility
authority; providing penalties.

Relating to granting regional mobility authorities the authority to
contract through exclusive development agreements.

Proposing a constitutional amendment authorizing a county that is
part of a regional mobility authority to issue obligations and
