The Committee will meet to discuss Interim Charge #3 relating to the Texas
Residential Construction Commission established by HB 730, 78th
Legislature, to determine its effectiveness in reducing lawsuits and
improving consumer satisfaction with residential construction services.

The Committee will also discuss Interim Charge #6 relating to improving the
potential for further renewable energy development in Texas and the
effectiveness of current policies encouraging the use of renewable energy
sources.

Invited and public testimony will be heard.
