Senator Royce West suspended the 24 hour posting rule, so that the
Subcommittee on Higher Education could meet at his desk, immediatley upon
adjournment of the Senate, to take up and consider the following
pending business:


SB 1127            Van de Putte
Relating to the creation of a coaching education program by the San
Antonio Life Sciences Institute.


SB 1162            Barrientos
Relating to the accountability of administrators in institutions of
higher education.


SB 1292            Ratliff
Relating to extending the boundaries of a junior college district
to include territory in the district's service area.


SB 1778            Ogden
Relating to the authority of a higher education authority or
nonprofit organization exercising the powers of a higher education
authority to acquire, construct, improve, or finance facilities.
