to the Senate Finance Committee (SFC) 48 hours before testifying.  Please
submit 10 copies to LBB and 50 copies to SFC on 3 hole punched paper.
Agencies should consult the postings regularly and maintain contact with
their budget analyst at the Committee.  Time limits will be imposed on
testimony.
