qualified residential rental project bonds.

Relating to the transfer of money appropriated to provide care for
certain persons in nursing facilities to provide community-based
services to those persons.

Relating to claiming a franchise tax credit for certain qualified
capital investments.

Relating to directing payment, after approval, of certain
miscellaneous claims and judgments against the state out of funds
