manage cash flow by transferring available cash between funds in
the custody or under the management of the comptroller; making an
appropriation.

SB 1865            Bivins
Relating to the delay or deferral of certain payments and transfers
by the comptroller of public accounts.

HB 2292            Wohlgemuth / et al.      SP: Nelson
Relating to the provision of health and human services in this
state, including the powers and duties of the Health and Human
Services Commission and other state agencies; providing penalties.

During the May 12 hearing, HB 2292 as engrossed will be laid out and
discussed by committee members only.  There will be no public testimony.
At a future date public testimony will be heard and a proposed committee
substitute will be considered.
