Relating to motor vehicle registration fees.

SB 44            Shapleigh
Relating to the use of the TexasOnline project in connection with
the purchasing of motor vehicle inspection certificates and the
sending of inspection records, reports, and information to the
Department of Public Safety.

SB 47            Shapleigh
Relating to requiring the Texas Department of Transportation to
annually report to the legislature on certain transportation
matters.

SB 51            Ogden
Relating to appropriating certain surcharges collected by the
Department of Public Safety under the driver responsibility program
and fees collected by the Texas Department of Transportation under
the motor vehicle financial responsibility verification program, as
those programs are created by House Bill No. 3588, Acts of the 78th
Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, to the Department of Public
Safety.

SB 52            Ogden
Relating to the expenditure of funds on rail facilities by the
Texas Department of Transportation.

SB 53            Ogden
Relating to the financing and development of the Trans-Texas
Corridor.
