On April 16, 2003 Senator Eliot Shapleigh moved to suspend the posting rule
in order for the Senate Subcommittee on Base Realignment and Closure to
meet upon the immediate recess of the full Senate Committee on
Veteran Affairs and Military Installations on April 16, 2003.
