The Senate Base Realignment and Closure Subcommittee will meet in
Wichita Falls, Texas at the Kemp Center for the Arts, 1300 Lamar Street, to
hear invited and public testimony about the implementation of SB 652,
SB 1295,and SJR 55, 78th Regular Session.  The committee will also hear
from State and local leaders about preparing for the Department of
Defense's upcoming Base Realignment and Closure round in 2005 and beyond.
