Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     

	(1)  On page 3 in the appropriations for the Texas Education 

Agency reduce the Strategy B.2.4, Windham School District, by 

$19,000,000 for fiscal year 2006 and $19,500,000 for fiscal year 

2007.

	(2)  Transfer to the Texas Tech University Health Sciences 

Center $19,000,000 for fiscal year 2006 and $19,500,000 for fiscal 

year 2007 for construction and operation of the El Paso medical 

school.
