	Amend amendment number 28 by Homer to HB 2 (amendment packet, 

page 127) as follows:

	(1)  On page 1, line 17, strike "individual" and substitute 

"campuses to distribute to".

	(2)  Strike page 1, lines 24 through 29, and substitute the 

following:       

	(d)  Each year a school district shall use an amount equal to 

at least one percent of the district's total professional staff
