Amend HB 2 as follows:                                                       



(1)  On page 106, line 22, strike "Subsection (e)" and 	substitute "Subsections (e) and (f)".

	(2)  On page 107, between lines 1 and 2, insert the 

following:               

	(f)  A school district may not pay a superintendent a salary 

in an amount that exceeds 400 percent of the salary of the highest 

paid classroom teacher in the district.
